No Charges for Smiley Shia

Shia LeBeouf appeared in court today to find the good news. Walgreens dropped the misdemeanor charges for trespassing.

Shia was picked up by the police at a Chicago Walgreens after many demands to leave, which he refused because he was so drunk and Walgreeens is such a fun place to just hang. They’ve got it all, drugs alcohol, make-up, food, I’m surprised Britney doesn’t spend more time there.

TMZ reported: Shia showed up in court this morning to receive the good news — Walgreens does not want to pursue charges against him. Attorney for Shia tells TMZ the actor is “happy to put this behind him and get back to work .”

Another Disney kid goes down.

Shia LaBeouf was arrested at 2:30 AM, Nov. 4, in downtown Chicago. He was arrested outside of a Walgreens, TMZ reports.

The security guard on duty reportedly asked LaBeouf to leave several times because he appeared to be drunk but he refused. At that time the guard detained him and called the cops to take care of the situation.

Shia was taken to the police station and charged with misdemeanor criminal trespassing and posted bond by 7:00 AM. Should have gone to Rite Aide!
