One concert goer told People magazine, “he just cracked.  He was at the end of his concert and had just started to dedicate the song and then he just lost it completely”.

Two of Kanye’s band members came around to console him while he just stood, about to collapse on stage.  The band played the beginning of “Hey Mama” in continuance while the crowd’s support grew, chanting “Kanye, Kanye”.

Reports of abuse, multiple arrests, alcohol counseling, pending civil actions for other botched surgeries, the list goes on!!

In 2001 Dr. Jan Adams ended two cases of malpractice with payouts of $217,337 and $250,000. He’s the been the target of several other malpractice lawsuits, according to The Associated Press.

After being arrested twice in the past four years for alcohol-related offenses, CNN reports that Adams is the subject of an investigation by the Medical Board of California, which is exploring whether the doctor’s medical license should be revoked or suspended

Adams had previously said that he performed cosmetic surgery on Dr. West at a surgical center, but The Associated Press reports that Adams, citing doctor-patient confidentiality, would not say when or where the surgery was done.

In 2006, Adams was reportedly convicted of driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or greater, and pleaded no contest to driving under the influence in 2003. According to AP, he also pleaded no contest to another alcohol-related charge, filed against him in 1994. The medical board’s executive director, filed a complaint against Adams earlier this year, alleging that his arrests were a clear violation of the Medical Practice Act.

Meanwhile, a civil action brought by an Orange County woman is still pending against Adams. She alleges that, in 2006, she was hospitalized with a high fever and fluid in her left breast, following a botched surgery to remove excess skin and reshape her chest and abdomen. Two other cases against Adams also remain active.

Through a spokesman, Adams told AP that he performed an abdominoplasty (commonly referred to as a “tummy tuck”) and breast reduction on Dr. West but would not say when or where the surgery was done. He refutes reports that her death was a result of the surgery.

TMZ also reports that Dr. Jan Adams physically assaulted his ex-wife, Susie Field, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. According to a restraining order filed by Susie Field, she claims on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, 2006, Dr. Adams became upset with Susie for taking a phone call during dinner. Susie claims, “He wanted to speak to whomever was calling me.”

They began arguing and went up to the bedroom. According to the document, Dr. Adams was yelling, “I’m going to f**king kill you. I’m going to beat you. You need to be beaten.” Susie claims Dr. Adams then “swung his right closed fist at my face…he attacked me,” adding, [Dr. Adams] grabbed me with one arm and threw me toward the bed. I struck the bed and fell onto the floor.”

Susie claims there was another incident in September, 2005, while in a New York nightclub, where he became angry because another man was looking at her. According to the document, when they returned to the hotel, he became “angry, threw me on the bed and began to strangle me. I thought I was going to die as he strangled me to the point of almost blacking out.”

The judge granted the restraining order on November 28, 2006. Two days later, Susie filed for divorce. They were married in early 2006 and the divorce was final in February, 2007.

Ironically, he authored two books on plastic surgery, including 2000’s “Everything Women of Color Should Know About Plastic Surgery.”

His show on Discovery Health, “Plastic Surgery: Before and After,” according to AP, has been pulled from the channel’s lineup.

Oprah endorsed, Extreme Makeover doc, Dr. Jan Adams, has this to say, TMZ reports, about the surgery he performed on Donda West before she died.

Ms. West consulted with him over a period of four months, changing her mind numerous times, sometimes greenlighting the surgery and sometimes halting it. Her death, which followed a tummy tuck and breast reduction, was unforeseen and could have been caused by a heart attack, pulmonary embolism, or massive vomiting.

Dr. Adams says he did nothing wrong. As for the TMZ report that Beverly Hills doctor, Andre Aboolian, refused to conduct the surgery because of a medical condition that West had, Dr. Adams said of Dr. Aboolian, “He is sleazy and manipulating the truth to elevate his own importance.”

These surgeries are complicated and dangerous, it’s very sad Kanye lost his mom to such stupidity.

Kanye West’s mother, Donda West died last night in Los Angeles at age 58.

Donda was a noted scholar, former chairwoman of Chicago Sate University’s English department, and an active college professor for 31 years; before she began managing her son’s career. She also recently published a book dedicated to her son titled “Raising Kanye: Life Lessons From the Mother of a Hip-Hop Star.”

Donda had just undergone a breast augmentation and tummy tuck surgery. Sadly, she may had died from an allergic reaction to medication she was taking because of the surgery, but this is unconfirmed.

Peace be with her.

This should be interesting. Michael Jackson is working with Kanye West, will.i.am, and Ne-Yo on a new edgy, up-tempo L.P.

Michael, who is 49, may be the most talented artist of all time. Before he became a freakshow, he once was a successful recording artist and an incredible dancer.

Kanye is such a mouthy bast**d, I can’t wait to hear about some of the fits and cat-fights that may rage in the studio. Get the Jesus juice ready, this is going to be good!

Although Kanye acts like a small child, he’s actually quite a success in his own right and says this about working with pop-phenomenon MJ, “If I like a person’s outlet or what a person brings to the table, then I’ll speak to them.” Oh lucky, lucky Michael; Kanye likes his “outlet”. Michael’s probably thinking, “finally, someone!”

Will.i.am on the contrary, didn’t want to speak to Michael. He confesses that he actually hung up on Michael when he first called him, because he thought it was a hoax. “I was like, ‘Come on, who is this, how did you get me number? Stop playing around.’ He said, ‘No it’s really me, it’s Michael.’ “I still didn’t believe it was him and was like, ‘Dude, seriously, I got to go.’ “

I’ll be hungry for the all the details of this project, once it’s underway!

Release, due out early next year.

4 on the top ten digital download list and she has 2 songs featured in television advertisements, one being the new iPod Nano, both currently in rotation. Her video in the iPod Nano commercial couldn’t be hurting MP3 sales!! The indies really took over that industry this year.

I pray Feist continues to climb the charts and knocks Kanye out of the number 3 spot!!!
