Madonna is behind Hillary in 2008!

Well now Hillary has just as little chance as winning as Obama. Will Madonna be a better supporter than Oprah to Obama?

NewMax.com reports, the Material girl-turned-children’s book author Madonna has gotten behind Hillary Clinton’s presidential bid, touting Mrs. Clinton for the White House and while warning at the same time that sexism might undermine her campaign.

“Hillary Clinton should go for it, definitely,” the evolving pop queen tells ContactMusic.com. “You’ve got to start somewhere in terms of women leading the US.”

The “Like a Virgin” star complained: “In Europe and Asia and elsewhere, women have ruled over millions.”

Madonna blamed sexism for blocking women from the nation’s highest office, saying, “In America, men are still afraid of women. And women, I don’t think, trust women. I find that amazing.”

Breaking News:
Hostage Situation at Clinton Office in N.H.

There is a hostage situation at the Clinton office in NH. A man claiming to have a bomb strapped to his chest took hostages at a campaign office for Hillary Rodham Clinton, police said. Above, SWAT teams in front of the building, New York Times is reporting.

Senator Clinton was not in the building at the time. She was scheduled to speak at the Democratic National Committee meeting in Vienna, Va., afternoon, but she canceled that appearance after receiving the reports that at least two volunteers were being held captive.

ABC News reported that the suspect is a man who is known locally and has a history of mental illness. The network also reported that the man had told his son today, “Watch the news.”

Former President and husband to presidential candidate and N.Y. senator, Hillary Clinton, addressed a crowd in Minneapolis, Minnesota at a fund raiser for his wife’s campaign on Tuesday.

Clinton’s 50-minute speech, which started about an hour behind schedule, was derailed briefly by several hecklers in the audience who shouted that the 2001 terrorist attacks were a fraud. Rather than ignoring them, Clinton seemed to relish a direct confrontation.
