Brit was again a no show for today’s scheduled deposition. This makes her 5th missed depo in the custody case and her lawyers say they’ve had enough. Today her lawyers of the firm Trope and Trope have quit her!

Her lawyers have filed papers asking to withdraw as counsel, just like everyone else that quit Britney in ’07. Attorney Tara Scott from Trope and Trope wrote:

“There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible.”

Poor kids, if only their mother gave a rat’s ass. A close source says, “Her whole life has become insane and it’s impossible for anyone to get through to her.”

I hope the commish takes this as seriously as her lawyers. She so badly needs someone to hold her responsible. If she can’t be wrangled by her team of lawyers to take care of her shit, they need to handcuff her ass and haul her in. This has to be the last straw. If not, that damn judge is a joke.

Britney’s kids to be tested for drugs. The two boys were seen hanging out by Britney’s pool sharing a doob. Nah, not yet!

Britney says that when the boys come over for visitation to her house from K-fed’s they smell like weed. She wants to have their hair tested to see if indeed Kevin is smoking around them.

Classy situation.

“She’s asked the court-appointed monitor and her lawyers if they can prove the kids have been exposed to environments in which drugs have been taken,” an insider says. They told her she should snip off a few strands of their hair right after they’ve returned from Kevin’s place and have them analyzed in a lab.

Indeed, “testing for secondhand marijuana use can be done using a lock of hair,” confirms addiction expert Marty Brenner. “The test must be done within a day or two after exposure. Secondhand smoke would definitely show up, and results usually come back in a couple of days.”

She also wants Kevin to take a drug test since she is still having to do so. If he tests positive he could risk losing custody.

Their hearing for January 23 has been pushed back by K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan to have adequate time to review the depo, which is now scheduled for the first week in January.

The hearing has now been pushed to February 19. Her custody will remain 2 days a week and 1 overnite stay with court appointed monitor. Brit supposedly wanted to change some things in the orders, but she probably was hoping that they could cut her visitation down to 1 min. once a week.

Good goin’ Mom!

Britney didn’t make it to court today for her depo. She was sick with anxiety, Sam Lutfi tells Ok! Magazine that “she’s very sick with high anxiety.” Brit’s attorneys showed up to the deposition on time, apparently expecting their client to follow! She finally called in “sick” about an hour later.

TMZ reports that her house was swarmed with paparazzi when she looked out the window and she probably caught the swarm of people outside of the court house awaiting her arrival that was being streamed live on TMZ‘s site.

Mark Kaplan is pissed! This is her third time to cancel this court appointed deposition. With that in mind, K-Fed’s attorney tells OK!, “I may exercise my right to ask the court for relief,” meaning he might request that the judge to yank her visitation rights! Currently her visitation is still 2 daytime visits per week and one over night visit.

Britney just can’t stop being a paparazzi star long enough to be a mama. Why not get a good night’s sleep, hire a driver to pick her up in the morning and get to court house early to avoid the craziness that ensues when she drives herself… just like she likes it!

Would They Throw the Book at her Already!

TMZ reports Britney Spears will finally take the oath and have her deposition taken tomorrow at 10 AM.

Sources say Britney will roll to the Los Angeles offices of K-Fed’s lawyer, Mark Vincent Kaplan. Her legal team, which includes Anne Kiley and Tara Scott, will be there to raise objections — and expect lots of them.

Those sources say the depo could last several days. Kaplan has been trying to get Brit under oath for nearly a year and he’ll be asking a range of questions relating to child custody and, we believe, spousal support.

No way she’ll bother to show up. Who’s gonna wake her up for the event or did she go find a person to be her disposable alarm clock in the morning.

Satan face, Sam Lutfi was subpoenaed Nov. 7 to give a deposition on Friday in favor of K-Fed’s case in the ongoing custody battle.

Now K-Fed’s lawyers will file a motion compelling to appear in January.

It hasn’t been easy getting Satan face to comply. When he was first served, he allegedly rammed his Mercedes into a Range Rover driven by Aaron Cohen, a process server hired by Kevin Federline to subpoena Lutfi.

Around that time, process servers also tracked down Daimon Shippen, Alli Sims, Larry Rudolph and others close to Spears.

That proves, don’t mess with the devil!
